Children: Charles Whiting b.1840, Phoebe Whiting b.1844, Ruth Whiting b.1846 died in infancy, Caroline Whiting b.1847, Amelia Whiting b.1850, Walter Whiting b.1853, Mary Ann Whiting b.1856 and Emily Whiting b.1858.
Died: August 1866 in Haverhill. Buried at St Mary's Church, Haverhill, on 4th August 1866.(3,4)

Bio: Elizabeth lived all her life as far as we know in Burton End, Haverhill. Present on the 1841 census as the wife of John, she was to have 8 children by him. By 1861 when some of the children had grown up she was not only bringing up the rest, but also working as a cotton weaver. She died relatively young in August 1866, and was buried at St Mary's Church, Haverhill (3,4).
