Bio: Frank was born at 60 Mill Road, Haverhill on 19th February 1903. He was one of twins along with sister Catherine. They were both baptised on 16th April 1903 at St Mary's church, Haverhill. (8)

Frank appears on the 1911 census living at 60 Mill Road with his parents, elder sister Grace and twin Catherine.

In 1932 Frank married Gladys Sizer in the Risbridge district (2). There were several Gladys Sizers of about the same age in or around Haverhill at this time, but it seems she was Gladys Sizer, born in Withersfield in 1907 the daughter of William and Matilda Sizer of Haverhill (4).

Frank and Gladys can't be found on the 1939 register suggesting the possibility that they may have been abroad at this time. What Frank's occupation was is unclear, too. At some point before the early 1940s, the couple moved to Bedford.

Frank had been living at 45 High Street, Clapham, Bedford, when died on 14th December 1961 at St Mary's hospital, Paddington (3,6). Probate with effects of £757, 9s was granted to his widow Gladys on 31st January 1962. Gladys died only a few years later on 14th March 1965 at the General hospital (South wing), Bedford. She too had been living at 45 High Street, Clapham, Bedford(7,3).
